By accessing and using Pixlode.com you agree to the following terms and conditions. You may NOT use Pixlode:

• To interupt or damage the use of our website or other websites.
• For any illegal or criminal purposes, including, but not limited to the transmission or receipt of illegal material.
• To upload or distribute pornography or content relative to pornography.
• To violate copyrights or infringe intellectual property rights of others.
• To engage in spamming, advertising, or any other kinds of unsolicted mass distribution of images or other forms of communiction.
• To transmit any unlawful, threatening, hateful, or material that may be deemed abusive.
• To transfer viruses, spyware, adaware, or software considered malacious.
• To hotlink images hosted on Pixlode into large-scale, commercial, and non-forum/community related websites.

Violating the above terms will result in termination of your ability to use Pixlode. No questions asked.

Liability

By using Pixlode, you agree that you are responsible for the content you upload and Pixlode accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of our service. Pixlode is not responsible for the content residing on our server that was uploaded by users of Pixlode.

All images uploaded are copyrighted to their respective owners.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to Pixlode. We will not disclose confidential information to anyone. However, we reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement agencies who are investigating criminal activities undertaken by users of Pixlode.

Additional Agreements

Pixlode reserves the right to remove any image uploaded by our users for any reason. We also reserve the right to permit users from using our service or ban users from Pixlode without any given reason.
